1.2LX-163 Control Instrument Technical Features
The motherboard features an ARM 32-bit CPU, offering fast processing speed, excellent electromagnetic compatibility, and strong resistance to radiation interference. The CPU and ports are fully isolated, providing strong static and conducted interference resistance. The instrument port layout and opening size are downwardly compatible, facilitating easy replacement and upgrade of instruments. Employing large dot matrix LCD display technology, 192x64 dot matrix: flexible capacitive touch membrane keyboard, with large key area and comfortable tactile feel. Enhanced communication protocols allow for remote calibration, freeing from conventional keyboard operations.

Five-programmable switch input channels: Used for start-up, batch operation input, alarm reset, and manual addition. The analog input port is programmable, set by parameters B06, Q01-04 for the port used for each input.
The "Start Input" setting can be toggled directly in the function menu by pressing [3]. At factory default, the input ports are defined as DI1=Alarm Reset, DI2=Manual Feeding, DI3=Start, DI4=Start Batch Injection: Note: Please connect an external passive contact.

1.3.4 Output Interface

Two-way digital field bus: one channel features an RS-485 standard communication interface, and the other channel an RS-232 standard communication interface.
Seven-channel programmable switch quantity (relay). Output relay rated: 5AQ250VAC. Switch quantity outputs are available for alarm, feeding control, unloading control, flow upper limit, flow lower limit, bin weight lower limit, bin weight upper limit, batch operation, control over deviation, operating status, and batch completion. The switch quantity outputs can be defined, and the ports used for each output function can be set via parameters R01-R17. The factory-defined output ports are as follows: D01 = bin weight lower limit, D02 = bin weight upper limit, D03 = fault alarm, D04 = operating status, D05 = batch completion, D06 = feeding start, D07 = unloading start.
Road pulse count output (Max: 10 Hz).
