Body Features
1. Weighing stand
The weighing body is made from a single 5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, bent into a C-shaped frame structure, offering high strength, stable structure, and resistance to deformation.
2. Transmission System:
Transmission unit (motor reducer) selects SEW or SBD Schenck special-purpose reducer, installed in an axis-hole suspended direct-drive manner, driven directly by the driving roller to operate the belt vibration-free and smoothly.
3. Guidance and automatic offset correction device:
During belt operation, if an external force causes the belt to deviate to one side, the weighing body alignment device will automatically use the lever to push the counterweight mechanism, applying a reverse force to automatically reset the belt.
4. Automatic Tensioning Adjustment Device
Adjust the tension of the driven auger's tensioning screw to regulate the tension of the conveyor belt's belt, maintain a constant tension on the conveyor belt, and prevent the belt from slipping and deviating by using guide roller blocks and an automatic alignment device.
5. The main roller and driven roller of the weighing body feature a unique barrel-shaped structure, effectively preventing belt misalignment. Both the main roller and driven roller are treated with rubber coating, effectively preventing belt slippage.
6. All bearings of the belt scale are imported, offering waterproof, sturdy sealing, and durability. Fully adaptable to harsh environments, with a long service life.
7. The feeding port is equipped with a material flow shaping plate for easy adjustment of the material layer thickness.
8. The belt and drum are equipped with an apple-shaped cleaning brush and a belt rubber scraper, which can remove adhered materials from the belt at any time, ensuring the weighing body's measurement accuracy and zero point stability. 9. The weighing body is fitted with (emergency stop) switches on both sides, connected to the controller, allowing for immediate power-off and parking on-site, making maintenance and safety more convenient. 10. It features a reducer motor and an automatic cleaning function for the scraper chain, effectively overcoming the problem of material accumulation.
