Body Features

1. Scale Stand:
The body is made of a single 5mm cold-rolled steel sheet bent into a C-shaped frame structure, offering high strength, stable structure, and resistance to deformation.
2. Transmission System: The transmission unit (motor reducer) is equipped with a SEW or SBD Schenck scale-specific reducer, featuring an axis-hole suspended direct-drive installation, powered by the driving roller to run the belt directly (vibration-free, smooth operation).
3. Guidance and Automatic Alignment Correction Device
During belt operation, if an external force causes the belt to deviate to one side, the weighing body alignment device will automatically use rods to push the counterweight mechanism, utilizing the opposite force to force the belt back to its original position.
4. Automatic Tensioning Adjustment Device: Adjusts the tension of the driven roller's tensioning screw to regulate the tension of the weighing belt, maintaining a constant tension on the conveying belt, and prevents belt drift and slippage by means of guide挡roller and automatic alignment device.
5. The drum body features an innovative waist drum structure for the driving and driven rollers, effectively preventing belt misalignment. Both the driving and driven rollers are treated with rubber coating, preventing belt slippage.

9. The weighing body is equipped with (emergency stop) switches on both sides, connected to the controller, allowing for on-site power shutdown and parking, ensuring safer and more convenient maintenance and repairs.
