Working Principle:

The twin-screw weightless scale feeds material through two blade-type screws. The twin screws are mounted on the weighing platform, with stable and reliable operation, typically made of 304 stainless steel (or upgraded based on the customer's material properties). The weighing platform is also made of 304 stainless steel. Sensors are installed inside the housing to prevent material from entering the platform and affecting accuracy. Cleaning this feeder requires removing the screws, then brushing them clean to prevent residual material from mixing.
