Body Features:
1. Scale Stand:
The weighing body is made from a single 5mm cold-rolled steel sheet bent into a C-shaped frame structure, offering high strength, stable structure, and resistance to deformation.
2. Transmission Unit: The transmission unit (motor reducer) is equipped with a SEW or SBD Schenck weighing scale-specific reducer. It features a shaft-hung direct-drive installation, powered by the driving roller to run the belt directly (vibration-free, smooth operation).
3. Guidance and automatic alignment correction device
During belt operation, if an external force causes the belt to deviate to one side, the weighing body correction device will automatically use the lever to push the counterweight device, applying a reverse force to force the belt to automatically return to its original position.
4. Automatic Tensioning Adjustment Device
Adjust the tension of the driven rod tensioning screw to regulate the tension of the conveyor belt, maintaining a constant tension on the belt, and prevent the belt from slipping or deviating by using guide挡roller and automatic alignment device.
5. The active and driven rollers of the weighing body are designed with a unique drum structure, effectively preventing belt misalignment. Both the active and driven rollers are treated with rubber coating to prevent belt slippage.
6. All bearings of the belt scale are imported, featuring waterproof, sturdy sealing, and durability. They are fully adaptable to harsh environments and have a long service life.
7. The feeding port is equipped with a material flow shaping plate, which facilitates the adjustment of material layer thickness.
8. The belt and drum are equipped with an apple-shaped cleaner and a belt rubber scraper, which can remove adhered materials from the belt at any time, ensuring the weighing body's measurement accuracy and zero point stability.
9. The weighing body is equipped with (emergency stop) switches on both sides, connected to the controller for on-site power-off and stopping, ensuring safer and more convenient maintenance and repair.
10. Equipped with a decelerating motor and an automatic scraper chain plate cleaning function, effectively overcoming the disadvantage of material accumulation.
