Working Principle
The DYNT type single-sided or double-sided abrasion-resistant scraper unloader is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the push rod extends to drive the rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the head and support the flat tray assembly, ensuring the conveyor belt surface is flat. The head's lower edge is tightly sealed to the belt surface, depositing the material on the belt into the hopper and delivering it to the designated location. After unloading, the electro-hydraulic push rod retracts, pulling the rod back, causing the frame to retreat and the scraper to lift. The parallel tray assembly converts back to a trough shape, allowing material to pass smoothly. (The working principle of the electro-hydraulic push rod is detailed in the push rod section.)
Operation Principle:
1. The power source suction section is a relatively new hydraulic-electric dual-purpose push rod in China, overcoming the shortcomings of electric push rods such as poor overload capacity, motor burnout, and wire bending that causes jamming, while maintaining the advantages of electric push rods (no leakage, self-suction), and achieving the lifting and lowering of the plow head through controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor.
2. The plow section is divided into the front part (chrome alloy or asbestos material) plow blade and the rear part (wear-resistant rubber plate) plow blade.
3. The added犁head tensioning device is mechanical, allowing for adjustable height of the plow blade. It ensures optimal contact with the tape, preventing the plow blade from lifting or moving due to the impact force of coal during operation, thereby avoiding tape tearing, wear, and coal leakage.
4. The electro-hydraulic push rod can be mounted on the top of the coal machine or on both sides of the conveyor belt, as per customer requirements.
5. The butterfly valve for the discharger is made of high-chromium manganese wear-resistant material, which extends the service life and reduces the maintenance volume. Model Description

1. When placing an order, customers must pay attention to the belt width, conveyor trough angle, and discharge method, and specify any special requirements.
