The birth of Yigao's new-style shuttle buses embodies the journey of Yigao over the past two decades, reflecting the company's profound technical strength in Suzhou and representing an upgrade of our traditional products. Yigao shuttle buses have undergone 200-hour reliability road tests in accordance with the "General Technical Conditions for Non-Road Tourist Vehicles." The vehicles have applied for and been granted 11 national patents. They are primarily used in industrial parks, university campuses, large resorts, heritage conservation districts, group parks, tourist attractions, and various other markets.

2. Vehicle Craftsmanship Features

The Yixin High-Tech electric ferry bus revolutionizes the traditional whole vehicle painting production process. It adopts a method of painting vehicle panels before assembly, reducing substantial infrastructure and equipment investment in vehicle production, and offers greater flexibility. In the future, the Yixin High-Tech electric ferry bus will also explore the application of colored composite material molding technology, which benefits from lighter weight, environmental friendliness without painting, and the ability to be polished and repaired directly after scratching. Additionally, apart from the assembled three types of undercarriages, the body components of this model can be shipped as loose parts, enabling on-site assembly of the entire vehicle, thus reducing transportation costs. Meanwhile, the commercialization of driverless vehicles, with fixed routes, fixed points, and fixed-time designs, combined with the移植 of driverless hardware and software platforms, can all be realized in our new ferry buses.
