The SG pipeline pump is a novel pump designed for increasing pressure and conveying fluids through pipelines, addressing the issue of low pipeline pressure. It boasts significant advantages over the currently used centrifugal pumps. Thanks to the advanced mechanical seal and the direct installation of the impeller on the motor shaft, it features high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy installation. It can also be used in series according to the required head and flow rate.
The ISG series centrifugal pumps have the following main features compared to other types of centrifugal pumps: 1. Easy installation: The pump and motor are coaxial, eliminating the need for alignment adjustments and allowing direct installation on the pipeline without the need for special designed transition piping.
2. The pump is a vertical direct-connected centrifugal pump. Compared to a standard single-unit centrifugal pump, it can save over 50% of the floor space and reduce the weight by over 30%.
3. Economical: Compared to a standard single-stage centrifugal pump with equivalent performance, it can save over 30% in purchase costs.
A novel vertical centrifugal pump replacing the conventional horizontal IS-type pumps and DL-type pumps, etc. Flow range: 1.5~1200m³/h, head range: 8~150m, available in over 250 specifications including basic, diffuser, and A, B, C cut types. Designed and manufactured with the same performance parameters for ZQR type hot water pumps, ZQH type chemical pumps, ZQB type oil pumps, and ZQHB type vertical explosion-proof chemical pumps series, according to different fluid mediums and temperatures. Pressure pumps, circulating water pumps, circulating pumps,
4. The inlet of the pipeline pump cannot be directly connected to an elbow. Direct connection would cause uneven distribution of water flow as it passes through the elbow into the impeller. When the diameter of the inlet pipe is larger than the pump's inlet, an eccentric reducer pipe is required. The flat section of the eccentric pipe should be installed on top. Otherwise, air may accumulate, reducing water output or preventing water from being pumped. If the diameter of the inlet pipe is equal to the pump's inlet, a straight pipe should be added between the centrifugal pump's inlet and the elbow to be connected. The length of the pipe should not be less than 2 to 3 times the diameter of the water pipe. More information can be found here >>>

Regardless of the brand, a dosing pump is a specialized centrifugal pump. The industry defines pipeline pumps as centrifugal pumps where the inlets and outlets are aligned on a single line. In other words, they resemble a section of pipeline and can be directly mounted on a pipeline to increase the pressure of liquids.
