Available in over 250 specifications, including basic, diffuser, and A, B, C cutting types. Designed and manufactured with identical performance parameters, the series includes ZQR hot water pumps, ZQH chemical pumps, ZQB oil pumps, and ZQHB vertical explosion-proof chemical pumps, catering to different fluid media and temperatures. Features of pressure pumps, circulating water pumps, boost pumps: 1. Compact structure, small size, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The vertical structure has a low center of gravity and aligns with the pump base center, enhancing operational stability and lifespan. 2. Easy installation. Same inlet and outlet diameters on a single centerline, allowing direct mounting on any pipeline section like a valve. The motor with a rainproof cover can be used outdoors.
Double-suction pumps belong to the category of centrifugal pumps, primarily in the BB1 and BB2 configurations. These pumps are composed of two impellers placed back-to-back. Water exiting the impellers merges into a volute, featuring excellent balancing force, high head, large flow rate, smooth operation, and resistance to cavitation. They are widely used in industrial production and various engineering applications.
Additionally, it is also quite convenient for maintenance, as the pump casing is centrally split in water. The smooth operation of the double-suction pump is mainly due to its symmetric impeller structure and the absence of axial force. Under the same rotational speed and flow rate, the reduced inlet velocity minimizes cavitation phenomena.
However, there are also certain drawbacks to the double-suction pump. Although the NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) of the double-suction pump is relatively low, this also affects its operational efficiency; lower NPSH results in lower efficiency as well. For double-suction pumps, leaks are more prone to occur at the mouth ring, which can impact the pump's normal operation and its application efficiency.
Just like the double-suction pump, other pump products have their advantages but also certain drawbacks. However, with the continuous update and development of technology, it is believed that these drawbacks will gradually be mitigated, allowing these pumps to play a greater role in the industries they are applied to.
2. The pump housing, also known as the casing, is the main body of the pump. It serves to support and secure the pump, and connects with the bracket of the device's bearing.
3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the motor with the coupling, transferring the torque from the motor to the impeller, thus making it an essential component for transmitting mechanical energy.
There are thousands of types of pipeline pumps! They are categorized by material, diameter, application, impeller diameter, etc., and the specifics depend on the parameters.
