Self-priming sewage pump
Self-priming sewage pumps feature mechanical seals made of new, hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material. The seals are further improved to be double-end face seals, allowing them to operate continuously for over 8,000 hours within the oil chamber. These self-priming, non-clogging sewage pumps are compact, have a small footprint, low noise, and significant energy-saving effects. They are easy to maintain and do not require a pump house. Simply immerse the self-priming sewage pump in water, and it's ready to work, significantly reducing construction costs. The sealed oil chamber of the self-priming sewage pump is equipped with high-precision anti-interference leak detection sensors, and heat-sensitive elements are pre-buried in the stator winding for motor protection.

Submersible sewage pumps are a type of pump that is integrated with a motor and can operate submerged in liquid simultaneously. Compared to standard horizontal or vertical pumps, they offer distinct advantages. Next, Sunlight Pumps will introduce the benefits of submersible sewage pumps.
Submersible sewage pumps are typically of vertical down-pump design, consisting of three main parts: the motor, the pump, and the shaft seal. Some models are also designed to be fixed by combining with an automatic coupling and a bottom water pipe base at the bottom of the sewage pit, making installation, removal, and maintenance of the submersible sewage pump more convenient. To meet requirements for discharging wastewater, sludge, and large granular silt, impellers are generally designed as open, semi-open, single-blade, double-blade, large-channel, or swirl pumps. They effectively handle fiber materials up to 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump diameter. They offer features such as anti-tangling, clog-free, automatic coupling, high reliability, automatic control, and various status display protection devices.
The mechanical seal employs a new, hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material. It also upgrades the seal to a double-ended seal design, which allows it to operate continuously in the oil chamber for over 8,000 hours, ensuring the pump runs safely and uninterrupted.
High-precision anti-interference leak detection sensors are installed inside the sealed oil chamber, with thermal-sensitive components pre-installed in the stator winding, providing protection for the water pump motor.
The overall structure is compact, with a small size and low noise, offering significant energy-saving effects and easy maintenance. No need for a pump house; it can operate submerged in water, greatly reducing the construction cost.
Equipped with an automatic safety protection control cabinet, it protects the pump against leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing the product's safety and reliability.
The float ball starter can automatically control the pump's start and stop based on the required liquid level, eliminating the need for constant supervision and offering convenient operation.
Most sewage pumps on the market are vertically arranged, with the pump and motor on the same shaft, which makes the weight of the rotating parts align with the water pressure on the impeller. Secondly, submersible sewage pumps are used underwater, and the transported wastewater medium contains impurities and silt. Thirdly, submersible sewage pumps are a type of centrifugal pump; during operation, the power always increases with the increase in flow rate. When the flow rate exceeds the designed flow rate and reaches a certain level, the motor may burn out due to overload.
