The principle of operation for explosion-proof maintenance boxes primarily involves the use of medium isolation and explosion-proof measures for ignition sources to achieve electrical explosion prevention. These boxes can be equipped with various standard detection, analytical, display instruments, monitors, micro touchscreens, high-power inverters, and general electrical components, with minimal restrictions on the installed electrical components. The explosion-proof maintenance box is mainly composed of the cabinet, automatic control system, gas distribution system, alarm system, and power distribution system. The cabinet consists of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary chamber, with the secondary chamber housing the automatic control system, alarm system, and cables for user entry and exit; the positive pressure chamber houses the power distribution system components of the user. Additionally, explosion-proof maintenance boxes can be customized according to user requirements into cabinet, console, and cabinet-style structures. The cabinet-style is typically made of steel plate welding, with powder coating on the surface and front door operation; the console and cabinet-style use standard profiles for welding, with powder coating on the surface and special sealing treatments on all joints; front door operation for use and rear door operation for maintenance. The steel plate material usually selected is -88 cold-rolled steel plate, or -84 stainless steel material can be chosen according to user requirements. They are divided into ventilation and compensation types based on the intake method, with the ventilation type providing continuous, uninterrupted gas supply, allowing the working heat of the components in the positive pressure chamber to be carried away through the gas circuit, offering excellent heat dissipation; the compensation type provides intermittent gas supply, with good sealing in the positive pressure chamber, low gas consumption, and is suitable for industries such as chemicals, offshore drilling platforms, and light industry.
