Operation Steps: Connect the required power and gas sources to the oil injection equipment and the operation platform.
Turn the pneumatic ball valve to lift the cylinder and place the oil drum, then rotate the red switch to exhaust the oil drum, and turn the up and down pneumatic ball valves to the lower cylinder position.
Open ball valve at pump and oil pipe connection – same as exhaust. After completion, start filling and using.
After using the drum exchange, please turn the red switch to the oil drum intake and blow the oil in the exhaust pipe into the oil drum.
For easy oil and exhaust replacement next time, simply turn the pneumatic ball valve slowly upward.
First, power on and enter the system settings, set the parameters and save them, then save the required amount of additive.
Please aim the oil nozzle at the oil filling port and start the oil filling process by turning on the switch. The filling will automatically stop once the desired amount is reached. Steps: Connect to the corresponding power source -- fill the barrel with 2/3 of oil.
