Equipment operation process:
Equipment power and gas sources connected, appropriate workpiece lubrication fixture selected and securely fastened.
Place the workpiece, press the foot pedal to start, the working indicator lights up. The lifting cylinder drives the upper oil nozzle downward into the workpiece lubrication track. Upon reaching the specified position, the grease metering valve, under the high pressure of the grease pump, ejects a predetermined amount of high-pressure grease, which quickly injects into the interior of the workpiece. After filling, the cylinder rises and resets, the working indicators turn off, and the workpiece can then be removed.
The single lubrication amount for the workpiece is adjustable, with a precision maintained within ±0.1G. The timing is controlled using a time-based rhythm, with an estimated work rhythm of about 5 seconds.
