详情描述

Screw jack guards, also known as screw jack covers, are a type of protective cover that effectively shields screws, light bars, shafts, columns, and other components from dust and other external contaminants and damage.
Process Classification
Categorized by manufacturing process into frame-supported and stitched styles.
Available in various shapes such as cylindrical, tower, square, rectangular, elliptical, staircase, crescent, semicircular, and more.
The connections can be further categorized as: (1) Both Ends with Collars (Banding Type), (2) Both Ends with Flanges (Screw Type), and (3) One End with a Flange and the Other with a Collar. Flanges are available in PVC and Metal types.
Steel Ring Supported
Made from various fabrics with steel wire rings for support, these high-frequency heat-sealed sleeves have a fixed outer diameter. They operate normally between 110℃ and -40℃ temperatures. They offer effective dust, water, oil, emulsifier, and chemical resistance, with a neat appearance and resistance to deformation. Their tightness and rigidity make them suitable for ventilation and dust removal in numerous machinery. The required diameter and length can be determined based on the specific user requirements.
Sewing style
A variety of materials are available based on different working environments. They are first formed into discs and then stamped and stitched together. The adjacent inner and outer edges are sewn into a single unit, providing good shape stability and firmness in the horizontal direction through the stitching process. According to the installation method, they can be further categorized into integral, zipper, hook and loop, and snap-button styles, offering greater convenience for installation to the users.
Job Characteristics
The part can be extended or compressed, suitable for both vertical and horizontal use. When in a horizontal position, use a plastic or aluminum support ring to maintain a uniform distance between the protective cover and the screw, extending its service life. For larger stretch lengths, add a metal ring at each fold to enhance the stability of the cover. The connection or fixing end can be equipped with a metal flange, or a sleeve-type option can be chosen.
