详情描述

Screw jack guards, also known as screw jack sleeves, are protective covers that effectively shield screws, light shafts, shafts, pillars, and other components from dust and other external contaminants and damage.
Process Classification
Supports are divided into steel ring type and stitched type according to the manufacturing process.
Available in various shapes such as cylindrical, tower, square, rectangular, oval, stair, crescent, semicircular, and more.
The connections can be further categorized as: (1) Both Ends with Collars (Banding Type), (2) Both Ends with Flanges (Screw Type), and (3) One End with a Flange and the Other with a Collar. Flanges are available in PVC and Metal types.
Steel ring support
Available in various fabrics, supported by steel rings and made with high-frequency heat-sealed sleeves, the outer diameter is fixed. It operates normally between 110℃ and -40℃. It effectively resists dust, water, oil, emulsions, and chemicals. It features a neat appearance and is resistant to deformation. Its tightness and rigidity make it suitable for ventilation and dust removal in various machinery. The required diameter and length can be determined according to the specific user requirements.
Sewn
A variety of materials are available depending on the working environment. They are first formed into discs through stamping and sewing. The two inner edges and two outer edges are stitched together, providing good shape stability and firmness in the horizontal direction through the sewing process. Installation methods include integral, zipper, hook-and-loop, and snap styles, offering greater convenience for users.
Job Characteristics
The component can be extended or compressed, suitable for both vertical and horizontal use. When in a horizontal position, plastic or aluminum support rings are used to maintain a consistent distance between the inner cavity of the guard and the screw, thereby extending its service life. For longer stretches, a metal ring is added at each fold to enhance the stability of the guard. Metal flanges are used for connections or fixed ends, or a sleeve-type option can be chosen.
