Vaccum noodle machines may encounter various malfunctions during operation. Below are some common issues and their solutions:


One, belt issue

Symptom of Failure:


Too tight or too loose belts.


Belt wear or breakage.


Approach:


When the belt is too tight or too loose, adjust the tension by turning the bolt on the belt pulley. The specific procedure is to open the machine cover, use a wrench to adjust the bolt on the belt pulley, then manually turn the pulley until the belt reaches the proper tension.


If the belt is worn or broken, it should be replaced promptly with a new one. Contact the vacuum and dough machine manufacturer to purchase a suitable belt for replacement.


Section II: Dough Movement Issue

Fault Phenomenon:


Dough does not move or moves unevenly during the mixing process.


Approach:


Ensure the dough quantity is moderate; too much or too little can lead to poor dough flow. Adjust the feed rate of the curtain-style raw material or frequently manually operate during the mixing process to resolve the issue.


Ensure even distribution of the dough within the mixing drum, avoiding areas that are too thick or too thin.


Suddenly ceased operations

Fault Phenomenon:


The vacuum and dough kneading machine suddenly stopped during operation.


Method of Handling:


Inspect circuit contact points for proper fit, ensuring power plugs and wires are undamaged and securely fastened.


Check for blown fuses, and replace any that are broken with new ones promptly.


Inspect the mixing drum for any foreign objects jamming the paddle; if any are found, remove and clean the drum.


Four: Abnormal Noise

Fault Phenomenon:


The vacuum and dough kneading machine is emitting abnormal noises during operation.


Process Method:


Check the fit between the belt and the shaft sprocket key for looseness; if loose, adjust the tension or replace the belt and shaft sprocket key.


Inspect the bearing for damage or misalignment; replace with a new bearing if damaged.


Inspect for any foreign objects trapped inside the stirrer blades and drum, and remove and clean if necessary.


Regularly apply lubricant to the agitator shaft bearings and motor gears to reduce noise caused by excessive friction.

Before operating the vacuum and dough kneading machine, ensure the equipment is placed on a level surface to avoid movement and vibration.


Operate the equipment according to the product manual to prevent excessive or insufficient flour from causing equipment malfunctions.
