To ensure the stability of the sterilization quality of this equipment, regular inspections are conducted on the equipment and its safety accessories in accordance with the "Rules for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels" and relevant safety technical specifications (such as safety valves, pressure gauges, etc.).
Do not collide or bump the equipment during use.
3. After a period of use, the pot door seal should be removed for cleaning, and then reinserted into the sealing groove of the pot body flange with oil (edible oil) applied evenly. Cutting, scratching, or damaging is strictly prohibited.
All valves on the equipment must be immediately replaced if damaged; their use with any defects is strictly prohibited.
5. After equipment installation and debugging are completed, regular maintenance should be conducted on the equipment, including the tightening of bolts and various components. Pressure maintenance and bolt tightening are strictly prohibited.
6. Pumps are not allowed to run dry; they must be filled with water before operation. Additionally, they should be maintained with sufficient lubricating oil and ensure the waterways remain clear.
The water quality used for sterilization equipment should be clean, free of sand, debris, turbidity, and other impurities to prevent damage to pumps and valves. It is recommended that users install filters on the pipelines of the water and steam sources.
Electrical equipment must be securely grounded; no equipment without a grounding wire is permitted.
Employees operating sterilization equipment must be properly trained and certified before taking their posts, and they must strictly adhere to safety operating procedures and their job responsibilities. Non-operational personnel are not allowed to approach or manually operate the equipment while it is in operation.
10. When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, please turn off the water supply, drain any remaining water, and wipe the pot door and sealing ring, as well as the sealing groove and sealing ring on the cylinder flange, with oil (edible oil).
11. After each shift, the power should be turned off, and the sterilization pot, hot water tank, gas storage tank, and remaining pressure from the air compressor should be released. The air compressor's gas storage tank must be drained at the end of each shift.
Equipment with an oil-water separator should be regularly oiled.
In winter, northern regions should take precautions against freezing. After completing work, make sure to fully drain the water from the sterilization pot, hot water tank, pump, and all connected pipelines.
