An electric heater fan is a device that emits warm air by consuming electrical power. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters through the inlet under pressure through pipes, flows along a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container, and carries away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements along a path designed according to the principles of fluid thermodynamics, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The electric heater fan's internal control system automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet to ensure uniform temperature of the medium; when the heating elements exceed the temperature limit, the independent overheat protection device of the heating elements immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent overheating of the heating material, which can cause coking, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, damage to the heating elements, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater fan.
Application Range
Electric heating blowers are primarily used for heating in homes, factories, warehouses, workshops, docks, cruise ships, construction sites, storage and logistics, underground parking garages, and outdoor venues such as performances, exhibitions, or press conferences. They can also be used in greenhouses for farming, bamboo and wood processing factories, leather processing plants, and for raw materials, construction materials, food, maintenance, renovations, industrial products, agricultural product drying, and for heating, insulation, and frost prevention. Suitable for heating and warming large areas and spaces, especially for rapid drying treatments of external surfaces on products like motors, pumps, and plastic parts.
