A heater fan is a device that emits warm air by consuming electrical energy. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters its intake through pipes under pressure, flowing along a specific heat exchange channel inside the electrically heated container. Designed according to the principles of fluid thermodynamics, it carries away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements, raising the temperature of the heated medium. The heater fan's internal control system automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, ensuring uniform medium temperature. In case the heating elements overheat, their independent overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power source to prevent overheating of the heating material, which could lead to coking, degradation, carbonization, and in severe cases, damage to the heating elements. This effectively extends the service life of the electric heater fan.

Electric heating fans are primarily used for heating in homes, factories, warehouses, workshops, docks, cruise ships, construction sites, storage and logistics, underground parking garages, and outdoor venues for performances, exhibitions, or press conferences. They can also be used in poultry farms, bamboo and wood craft factories, leather processing plants, and for raw materials, construction materials, food, maintenance, renovation, industrial products, agricultural product drying, and for heating, insulation, and frost prevention. Suitable for heating and warming large areas and spaces, they are widely applied in the quick drying treatment of the outer surfaces of products such as motors, pumps, and plastic parts.
