How to use the photoelectric eye for the automatic labeling machine:

1) Thread the label through the electric eye U-slot as shown in the illustration below.

2) If the pull tab is activated, the yellow signal light will illuminate between tabs and extinguish at the locations of tabs, indicating normal status and ready for immediate use.

3) When the yellow signal light is constantly on or off, the electric eye needs to be reset.

4) The setup method for the electric eye is as follows:

Thread the label through the U-shaped slot of the electric eye as shown in the illustration.

b. Place the tagged area into the sensor slot, then hold the adjust button for about 3 seconds until the sensor's yellow indicator light blinks. Release the button, then put the untagged area (only the label's backing paper) into the sensor slot and hold the adjust button for 8 seconds. Release the button, and the setup is complete.

c. Pull the label through the photoelectric eye slot; you will notice that the yellow signal light turns off at the labeled areas and illuminates between the labels.
