Wanglong Metal Material Co., Ltd. is a professional steel manufacturer specializing in the production and sales of various steel products. Our main products include galvanized pipes, welded pipes, square pipes, spiral steel pipes, straight seam steel pipes, insulated pipelines, anti-corrosion pipelines, large-diameter spiral steel pipes, and a variety of matching pipe fittings and flanges. The company has invested in and constructed four production lines for seamless pipes, precision pipes, square pipes, and spiral steel pipes. The spiral pipe production diameter ranges from 219mm to 3620mm with wall thicknesses from 5mm to 26mm, producing 150,000 tons of double-sided buried spiral submerged arc焊接 steel pipes (in compliance with SY/T5037-2000 and GB/T9711-2011). We also have two straight seam welding pipe production lines with diameters from 57mm to 711mm ERW high-frequency welding pipes and diameters from 355mm to 1820mm JCOE double-sided submerged arc welding straight seam pipes. The seamless pipe production diameter ranges from 19mm to 530mm, and the square pipe production diameter ranges from 10mm to 500mm, among other models, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Our products are mainly used for long-distance transmission pipelines for hot water heating, electricity, natural gas, oil, gas discharge, water supply and drainage, as well as for dredging, chemical industry, refrigeration, well casing, pile driving, and other engineering applications. Additionally, the company can undertake external anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes with epoxy coal tar (one fabric two oil, two fabrics three oil, three fabrics four oil, three fabrics five oil, etc.), internal anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes with IPN8710 non-toxic drinking water pipelines, and cement mortar lining anti-corrosion (with water contact health permit proof). |
