Construction Hoarding Introduction
The pace of urban development is accelerating, and many essential construction items have reached a point where they must be built. This has led to negative consequences, both in terms of traffic and the integrity of existing structures. Therefore, construction teams often require PVC hoarding to separate the construction site from the public. After all, safety is paramount. Today, let's explore the relevant information about PVC hoarding. The purpose of PVC hoarding is to minimize the impact on the area during construction, ensure safety, achieve dust and noise reduction, and enhance the level of civilized construction. PVC construction hoarding is set up in accordance with the client's requirements and the needs of the construction project.

Road Construction Barriers, also known as urban road construction barriers, factory road construction barriers, construction road barriers, subway road construction barriers, site road construction barriers, and city road construction barriers, are categorized into fixed, simple, and temporary types. Materials include color steel plate barriers, PVC barriers, metal barriers, and plastic barriers. Primarily used on construction sites, roads, and urban development projects, these barriers are blue and white, widely applicable. The main material is PVC resin, offering advantages such as insulation, high flexibility, easy installation, light weight, and a long service life, making them ideal for urban construction.
Road construction barriers specifications: 200×22mm PVC panel for the篮板; 120×120mm PVC pipe for the posts; 50×80mm PVC pipe for the cross members; 100×100×1.5mm steel tube for the post inner lining; 40×40×1.3mm steel tube for the cross member inner lining; 100×150×6mm flange disk. The steel tube posts are welded with flange disks at the bottom, with the commonly used specification being 2.5×3.0m. The barriers are set at 2 meters high and 3 meters wide per panel. The standard height of road construction barriers is generally above 2 meters, commonly available heights include 2m, 4m, 6m, 8m, and even 12m or higher. The surface of the barriers features effect images and promotional graphics for the project. They may also be used for urban public advertisements. For barriers below 4 meters in height, single-post designs are typically used with underground excavation depths of about 1 meter. The posts are chosen with diameters of 140mm or 189mm. For barriers above 4 meters, double-post designs are generally employed with underground excavation depths adjusted according to the height. The double posts come in diameters ranging from 114mm to 219mm. The surface is coated with galvanized steel tiles, usually 0.5mm thick.
Road construction hoarding is beautified, with the company name, civil construction phrases, and project commerciality sprayed on. Posting or writing on the hoarding is strictly prohibited. Upon completion of the road construction hoarding installation, the connections between panels are smooth, with straight lines aligned in a single straight line; no gaps between panels should be left, ensuring that the construction inside cannot be seen from outside.
