The following requirements are to be met during the welding process of the sports field fence:

A. Welding wire should be in cold drawn condition with a tensile strength not less than 640 N/mm².

B. Prior to welding, it is required that each individual component be straightened and burrs and rust be removed.

C. Welding areas must have smooth transitions with no defects such as slag, loose joints, or pores.

All steel pipes and flat bars must have a uniform, glossy paint layer, free of pinholes, drips, accumulations, bonding, and burn cracks, etc., in the plastic coating.

Sports Field Fencing Construction Plan

1. Conduct on-site measurements and surveys. The height of the sports field fence is 4 meters, with a mesh spacing of 3 meters, and adjust according to actual dimensions as needed.

2. Adhere strictly to the manufacturer's process requirements during construction and ensure the use of environmentally friendly products.

3. Frame with Φ60 galvanized steel pipe, the frame structure is on the same horizontal plane, the verticality and flatness of the columns and crossbeams are controlled within 5mm.
