Armored guards are a type of machine tool guard, designed to prevent high-temperature chips and other sharp objects from entering the machine tool guideways, providing effective protection. They feature an outer layer of stainless steel sheets and an inner accordion-style guard. These guards are categorized by the material of the base cover, including flame-retardant fabric, nylon fabric, fire-resistant fabric, high-temperature-resistant fabric, plastic fabric, and rubber composite fabric, etc. Each pleat of the guard serves as armor protection.
Application Range: As mechanical equipment continues to improve, the requirements for protective systems also rise accordingly. Particularly with the use of servo motors, the speed of processing machinery increases significantly, sometimes up to 200m/min. This necessitates protective covers made from materials that are resistant to tearing but also lightweight.

Each pleat of the armor protective cover can withstand intense vibrations without deformation, and when applied to a blower, it maintains its original state at a high temperature of 900°C.
