A chain conveyor, also known as a cable or wire protection conveyor, is a device that binds cables, wires, or pneumatic or hydraulic hoses to facilitate their rotation and movement.
Cable conduits are available in steel and plastic varieties. Steel conduits are made of steel-aluminum alloys and can be customized, while plastic conduits are also known as engineering plastic conduits. They are categorized into three types based on usage and requirements: bridge-type, fully enclosed, and semi-enclosed conduits. Rectangular metal hoses, protective sleeves, bellows, and flexible metal hoses can also be considered part of cable protection and mobile power supply products. Cable conduits are used in reciprocating motion applications and provide traction and protection for cables, oil pipes, gas lines, water pipes, and more. They are widely applied in industries such as CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, glass machinery, injection molding robots, conveying equipment, plastic machinery, lifting equipment, woodworking machinery, automotive industry, industrial vehicles, metal processing machines, machine tools, casting machinery, and port equipment.
The chain is composed of numerous individual links, which rotate freely between each other.
The drag chains within the same series have the same inner and outer heights, pitch, while the inner width and bending radius R can be chosen from various options.
The modular link consists of left and right chain plates and top and bottom covers. Each section of the drag chain can be opened, making assembly and disassembly easy without the need for wiring. After removing the cover, cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and other items can be placed into the drag chain.
Each section of the chain guide can be designed to be removable for easy installation and maintenance. It operates quietly, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds.
Additional separator plates are available to divide the space within the chain as required.
Available in: Steel Conveyors, Steel-Aluminum Conveyors, Plastic Conveyors, Stainless Steel Conveyors, Nylon Conveyors, etc.
Form types include: bridge chain, multi-link bridge chain, enclosed chain, noise-dampening chain, open chain, S-type chain, universal joint chain, wiring chain, etc. Environmental requirements may include: oil and water resistance, debris resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, extended length, load-bearing capacity, noise-free, and cable concealment.
Assembly Types: Bridge Type Cable Carrier, Full Enclosed Cable Carrier, Semi-Enclosed Cable Carrier.
1. Suitable for reciprocating motion applications, it provides traction and protection for internal cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and more. 2. Each section of the chain can be opened for easy installation and maintenance. It operates quietly, is wear-resistant, and can move at high speeds. 3. The chain has been widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, stone machinery, glass machinery, door and window machinery, injection molding machines, robotic arms, lifting and transportation equipment, and automated warehouses.
