This product charges on a short-term lease basis, with an initial rate plus daily renewal fees. Short-term lease prices are relatively higher. The longer you use it, the more rental discounts we offer.

For example, a renewal fee of $1,000 per day is required within three days; after three days, the fee increases to $500. For short-term rentals, the return shipping fee must be paid in advance to minimize the losses incurred by our company due to the customer's last-minute change of plans and the resulting crane charges and shipping costs.

The longer the lease term, the more favorable the price. Each rented equipment comes with on-site service; we are responsible for the maintenance, consumables, and engine oil of the generator sets!

Upon completion of installation and debugging at the destination, a one-month rent is collected as a deposit. For a two-month renewal, the rent for the following month must be paid one week before the end of the previous month.

Post-sales generator fault repair costs

Shenzhen generators encountering malfunctions will have our company dispatch a repair engineer to resolve the issue promptly and restore power generation. Repair costs are covered by us, excluding cases caused by misuse, prolonged overloading, or using poor-quality diesel fuel that leads to generator set malfunctions.

The cost of generator set failures due to improper use, long-term overloading, or poor diesel fuel is the responsibility of the lessee.
