Encapsulation Materials: Some inductors (such as color code inductors, color band inductors, etc.) are sealed after winding, using encapsulation materials to cover the coil and core. The encapsulation materials used include plastics or epoxy resins. Copper Coils: Copper coil inductors generate alternating magnetic flux around the wire when AC current passes through the wire, which is the inductance. The ratio of the magnetic flux of the wire to the current that produces this flux is the inductance. When DC current passes through the inductor, the inductor manufacturers' ranking, only fixed magnetic lines are present around it, which do not change over time. However, when AC current passes through the coil, the magnetic lines around it will change over time.
Beads are used to absorb ultra-high frequency signals; devices like RF circuits, PLLs, inductor manufacturers, oscillator circuits, and circuits containing ultra-high frequency memory (DDRSDRAM, Rambus, etc.) all require the addition of beads in the power input section. Inductors, on the other hand, are energy storage elements, used in LC oscillator circuits and medium-to-low frequency filtering circuits, with their application frequency range rarely exceeding 50MHz. Inductors are generally used for circuit matching and signal quality control, typically in ground connections and power connections. Beads are used where analog and digital grounds are combined. Beads are also employed on signal lines.
There are many types of inductors, most made by winding an enamel coated wire around a ferrite core, forming a unitary molded inductor series. Some protective inductors encase the coil entirely within the ferrite. The cores of certain inductor components are adjustable, allowing for changes in inductance size. Small inductors can be directly etched onto PCBs using a spiral tracing method. Small-value inductors can also be produced using the same process as transistors in integrated circuits. In these applications, aluminum interconnects are commonly used as conductive materials.
