1. Due to cranes being special vehicles, operators must undergo training and guidance from the manufacturer. They should have a thorough understanding of the machine's structure and performance, and gain some operational and maintenance experience before operating the equipment. The product's user and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer is essential reading for operators before handling the machinery. Operators must follow the manual's instructions for operation and maintenance.

2. Be mindful of the workload during the磨合期 period; it is generally advisable not to exceed 80% of the rated workload, and ensure appropriate task allocation to prevent overheating due to prolonged continuous operation of the machinery.

3. Pay close attention to the readings on all gauges. In case of any anomalies, stop the vehicle immediately to address the issue. Do not continue operations until the cause is identified and the fault is resolved.

4. Regularly inspect the oil levels and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, and fuel (water), and ensure the integrity of the machine's seals. If excessive oil or water is found to be missing, analyze the cause. Additionally, strengthen lubrication at all lubrication points, and it is recommended to apply lubricant to these points at the end of each shift during the break-in period, excluding any special requirements.

Maintain machine cleanliness and promptly adjust and tighten loose parts to prevent increased wear on components or the loss of parts due to loosening.

6. The磨合 period is over, mandatory maintenance for the machine is required. Ensure thorough inspections and adjustments are made, and pay attention to the replacement of lubricants.

In summary, the maintenance requirements for cranes during the break-in period can be summarized as: enhance training, reduce load, pay attention to inspections, and strengthen lubrication. By placing emphasis on and implementing the maintenance and care for the crane's break-in period as instructed, you will decrease the occurrence of early failures, extend the lifespan, improve operational efficiency, and allow the machine to bring you greater returns.
