Each crane must display its rated lifting capacity in a prominent location.

(2) During operations, no person is allowed to be on the bridge or transported by a hoist.

No crane operation is permitted without a license or after drinking.

(4) Remain focused during operations; no talking, smoking, or engaging in unrelated activities is permitted.

(5) The vehicle must be kept clean and tidy; no equipment, tools, flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials are allowed to be left in disarray.

Crane operation must not exceed the rated load capacity.

(7) The following situations are prohibited from lifting: insecurely tied objects; overloaded machinery parts; unclear signals; inclined pulling; buried or frozen objects in the ground; people on the lifted objects; flammable, explosive, and hazardous materials without safety protection measures; overfilled liquid items; wire ropes that do not meet safety usage requirements; and malfunctioning lifting mechanisms.

(8) When cranes are operating on a clear line, the hook or lifting device, as well as the bottom surface of the load, must be elevated above 2 meters from the ground. When crossing an obstacle, the crane must exceed the height of the obstacle by 0.5 meters.

(9) For lifting objects weighing less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, both mechanisms can operate simultaneously; for objects weighing more than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one mechanism can operate.

Bridge cranes with both main and auxiliary hooks must not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks simultaneously (except for special exceptions).

(11) No welding or hammering on suspended objects or working beneath them (unless supported).

(12) Inspections or maintenance work can only be conducted after a power outage and when a "power outage in progress" sign is displayed on the electrical gate. If live electrical work is necessary, safety measures must be in place, and a designated person must be on-site to supervise.

(13) No throwing things carelessly out of the vehicle.

(14) Regular inspections of limit switches and interlock protection devices are essential.

(15) Do not use the limit switch as a method for parking.

Do not hoist heavy loads if there are issues with the lifting brake.

Article 17: Objects being lifted shall not be operated over people or equipment.

When welding a crane component, a dedicated ground wire must be set up; it is not allowed to use the crane body as the ground wire.

When the hook is at the lower limit position, there must be more than two safety rope loops remaining on the drum.

Crane collisions are strictly prohibited, and it is also forbidden to use one crane to push another crane into operation.

When lifting heavy objects, liquid metals, explosives, and hazardous materials, the lifting process must first be initiated slowly to lift the item 100-200mm off the ground to test the reliability of the brake system.

Lighting for repairs and inspections must be 36V or lower.

All electrical equipment enclosures of the bridge crane should be grounded. If the trolley track is not welded to the main beam, measures for welding grounding wires should be taken. Grounding wires can be galvanized flat iron with a cross-sectional area greater than 75mm², bare copper wire with a cross-sectional area of 10mm², or galvanized round steel with a cross-sectional area greater than 30mm². The driver's cabin or the crane body should have more than two grounding points. The grounding resistance between any point on the crane and the neutral point of the power supply should be less than 4Ω.

Regular safety technology inspections should be conducted, and pre-inspection and maintenance work should be well-prepared.
