Glass-lined distillation kettle

The equipment is available in both open and closed types, equipped with temperature-insulating sleeves and discharge valves. The open type consists of a tank body and a tank cover (connected by clips and gaskets), while the closed type is a monolithic structure. The glass-lined thickness ranges from 0.8 to 2.0mm and has been tested with a 20KV high-voltage test. Operating temperature: -20℃ to 200℃, working pressure ≤ 2.5kgs. Support methods include handles (mounted on a shelf) and legs (placed on the ground). Heating methods inside the tank include steam heating, oil heating, and electric heating.

The equipment is suitable for the distillation process of any medium except for hot concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali, and is widely used in the fields of petrochemicals, light industry, food, dye, scientific research, and more.
