Glass-lined distillation kettle

The equipment is available in both open and closed configurations, featuring temperature-insulated tubes and discharge valves. The open type consists of a tank body and a lid (connected by clamps and gaskets), while the closed type is a single-piece structure. The glass frit layer thickness is 0.8-2.0mm and has been tested under 20KV high voltage. Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 200℃, working pressure ≤ 2.5kgs. Support options include handles (mounted on a stand) and legs (placed on the ground). Heating methods inside the tank include steam heating, oil heating, and electric heating.

The equipment is suitable for the distillation process of any medium except for hot concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali, and is widely used in the fields of petrochemicals, light industry, food, dyes, scientific research, and more.
