详情描述

Enamel-lined reaction vessels primarily possess the following three characteristics:

1. Characteristics in operating pressure

Operation pressure for glass-lined reaction vessels is generally quite high. We all know that the pressure inside the vessel is either generated by chemical reactions or formed by temperature increases. If there are significant fluctuations in the pressure inside, it could lead to unstable operation. A sudden increase in pressure might even exceed the normal pressure by several times, but glass-lined reaction vessels can fully withstand these pressures. Therefore, in terms of operation pressure characteristics, glass-lined reaction vessels have a distinct advantage.

2. Structural Advantages

The structure of the glass-lined reaction vessel is similar to other related equipment, with the differences lying in the transmission mechanism, mixing, and heating/condensing units. Compared to other related equipment, the glass-lined reaction vessel allows for modifications to the heat transfer conditions, enabling the reaction temperature to be maintained at a normal level without intensifying the mass transfer process.

3. Characteristics of Operating Temperature

In most cases, the operating temperature of glass-lined reactors is quite high. Generally, when undergoing chemical reactions, they must be conducted under specific temperature conditions, thus requiring glass-lined reactors to withstand high temperatures. They need to be capable of handling both high pressure and high temperature conditions.
