One, Overview
This instrument employs internationally popular heat flux meter methods to measure thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, with a computer for full-automatic testing and report generation. Suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of insulating materials, refractory materials, and other low-conductivity materials, it can also be used for powder material testing with the addition of a sample frame. Widely used in colleges and universities, research institutions, quality inspection, and factories.
This instrument conforms to the following reference standards:JIS-1412-2Method for measuring the thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of thermal interface materials、GB/T10295-2008、ISO 8301:1991 Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Insulating Materials Determined by Heat Flow Meter Method) andASTM C518-04Method for measuring steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics using a heat flux meter.
