    I. Overview

       The instrument meetsQB/T1322-2010Standard requirements for the plasticity index determination method of ceramic clay, applicable to a new type of instrument for measuring the plasticity of ceramic clay, widely used in industries such as ceramics, electrical ceramics, building materials, and abrasives. The instrument features two measurement methods:

    1Plasticity Index Method:Determine the plasticity of clay material by studying the relationship between stress and strain during the loading process, which is more scientific and advanced compared to other methods, with minimal human factor influence. Suitable for cylindrical specimens, defines plasticity.RMeasure the plasticity of the clay.

    2Plasticity Index Method:Measure the resistance of clay material to shape change. Suitable for spherical specimens.

    Section 3: Main Structure and Working Principle

    1Overall Structure:

    The instrument is composed of two parts: mechanical and electrical. The mechanical part mainly consists of a deceleration device. The electrical part includes: microcomputer tester, pressure sensor, displacement sensor, etc.

    2Operating Principle:

    The motor rotates, driving the specimen support to move up and down via a reduction gear. When the specimen touches the pressure sensor fixed above, a pressure signal is generated. As the support moves up and down, it also drives the core of the displacement sensor, producing a displacement signal. These two signals are measured by a microcomputer, displayed, and processed to obtain the data we need!
