III. Basic Principles
DRMThermal Conductivity Testers, based on the non-steady-state thermal conduction principle, heat the test material briefly within the experimental setup to alter its temperature. By analyzing the characteristics of this change, the heat capacity, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat of the test material can be calculated through solving the thermal diffusion differential equation.
