Introduction to Measurement Equipment
DRH-ZD-500The instrument is primarily composed of a thermal plate temperature control system, a calorimetric power control system, a cold plate temperature control system, a specimen holding system, and a computer data control system. Optional accessories include a specimen thickness measurement system, a pressure measurement system, an electrically powered pressing system, and an external protective thermal environment temperature control system.
The hot plate is composed of a calorimetric plate and a heat-protective plate, internally equipped with a calorimetric flat plate heater (or an external water-loop isothermal tank control), a heat-protective flat plate heater, a calorimetric温差 thermoelectric silicon, and a temperature sensing probe. The heat-protective plate is temperature-controlled by a high-precision controller, providing a stable heat-protective temperature; the calorimetric plate is controlled by a high-precision controller to heat a DC constant-voltage power supply, with the calorimetric temperature controlled based on the calorimetric温差 thermoelectric pile signal, with the measured calorimetric power representing the heat flux; the surface temperature is measured by an embedded temperature sensing probe or an externally connected temperature sensing probe.
The cold plate contains water channels and temperature sensing probes, connected to an external constant-temperature water bath via pipes. It utilizes the medium circulation between the external constant-temperature bath and the cold plate to form a second constant-temperature field within the cold plate, providing a stable temperature at the cold face. The temperature of the cold face is measured by an integrated temperature sensing probe or an external temperature sensing probe. Depending on the temperature requirements, there are options for semiconductor refrigeration temperature control and electric heating temperature control.
The sample fixture is available in both manual and automatic types. Automatic fixture composition:1The sample thickness measuring device consists of a displacement sensor and a digital display meter, capable of real-time detection of the sample's thickness.2The pressure measurement system consists of a pressure sensor and a digital display gauge, capable of real-time testing of the sample's pressure.3The electric pressure system consists of a motor, a linear reducer (or stepper motor), an electronic speed controller, and a control circuit, achieving automatic pressure application and release.
The computer system handles data collection, processing, and instrument control, achieving full automation in testing.
