System Composition
a) Hot surface heater, high precision programmable temperature control, hot surface temperature resolution0.1℃,
b) Cold noodles are kept at a constant temperature using a water bath, with fluctuations less than0.05 degrees, cold surface temperature resolution of 0.01 degrees.
