    This instrument is used to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, enamels, refractory materials, and glass containers such as ampoules and syringe bottles during the heating and firing process.

    Instrument Reference Standards: GB/T3810.8-2016 for the determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16535-2008 Test Method for Linear Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Fine Ceramics: Rod Method, GB/T16920-2015 for the determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 for the determination of thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-2018 Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products.

    1. Vertical and dual pushrod design for simultaneous testing of two samples, saving testing time.

    2. Operating Temperature: Room temperature to 850℃ (short-term up to 1000℃)

    3. Furnace chamber size: Inner diameter × Height = φ110 × 300mm (Custom sizes according to customer requirements available).

    4. Voltage: AC 220V; Heating Oven Power: 2000W

    5. Strong compatibility with samples, capable of measuring expansion coefficients for glass rods, tubes, plates, and finished products; sample dimensions: φ(6~60)×(50~100)mm; oversized samples can be disassembled and cut into the above shapes at will; ampules and syringe bottles can be used directly as samples for testing (other sizes and specifications can be custom-made according to customer requirements).

    6. The instrument can be connected to a computer for display and can print expansion curves, all raw data, as well as the Tf point, and calculate the linear expansion coefficient and Tg point.

    7. Temperature fluctuation within the heating furnace: ≤±1℃

    8. Temperature Control Accuracy: ±1℃ from room temperature to 600℃; ±2℃ from 600℃ to 1000℃.

    9. Measurement resolution: 0.1 micron; Test accuracy: ±a×0.1×10^-6 K^-1

    10. The software can automatically calculate the linear expansion coefficient and obtain the expansion rate curve, as well as the Tg and Tf points.

    Instrumentation Configuration: Includes one ZRPY-SSY-1000 double sample vertical expansion instrument main unit, one software set, one communication interface and data cable set, two standard samples, and one desktop computer (as per contract configuration).
