Stainless steel composite tubes, used in decorative or industrial applications, can be categorized by material types such as 304 stainless steel composite tube 304L, 316L stainless steel composite tube 316L, 430 stainless steel composite tube 430, 201 stainless steel composite tube 201, 202 stainless steel composite tube 202, and 409L stainless steel composite tube 409L, among others. Many stainless steel composite tubes are used in railing applications. What is the process of manufacturing stainless steel composite tube railings?  The process of transforming stainless steel elbows into thick-walled rectangular tubes involves varying the wall thickness along the tube's length. The cross-section of the rectangular tube is processed to change from circular to square, elliptical, or polygonal shapes. Rectangular tubes with rolled edges and bottom sealing enhance the overall strength of the tube ends, either by rolling the edges outward or inward or by sealing the ends of the rectangular tubes. Stainless steel elbows with reduced diameter rectangular tubes refer to a decrease in diameter at the tube ends or at a specific part of the tube. The bending of rectangular tubes into elbows, which we encounter frequently, involves transforming straight tubes into curved tubes of varying curvature radii, such as elbows and bends.  Rectangular tubes with flanges and rounded edges: the former refers to the tube ends bulging inward or outward, while the latter refers to rectangular tubes with raised or grooved edges around the tube circumference. The common method for manufacturing stainless steel composite tube railings is as follows: 1. Preheating. The oxygen-acetylene flame is sprayed out from the outer edge of the nozzle to preheat the metal surface of the cutting area to above the ignition point. Oxidation. The cutting oxygen is ejected from the center of the nozzle to cause the metal, already at the ignition point, to oxidize rapidly (burn), forming oxide slag. Blowing slag. The liquid oxide slag is blown away by the high-speed cutting oxygen stream, exposing the unoxidized metal to the oxygen stream. Advancing, the metal exposed to the oxygen stream is heated to the ignition point by the heat released during the oxidation of the upper metal, continuing to be oxidized and burned into slag by the oxygen stream, which is then blown away. The metal is oxidized and blown through in the entire thickness direction. As the oxygen stream advances in the cutting direction, the newly contacted metal will repeat the preheating, oxidation, and slag-blowing process, forming the cut.
