Factory Overview

Tangshan Yuanfeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale rolling steel production and sales enterprise that integrates production and R&D. Located in Tangshan, the steel capital of the Bohai Economic Zone, the company is adjacent to Tianjin Port, Jingtang Port, and Caofeidian Port, with convenient transportation. The company covers over 150 acres, divided into production and living areas from north to south. It has a total asset of 1.05 billion yuan, with more than 300 employees, including 40 senior engineers, 30 chief engineers, and 80 intermediate and senior technical personnel.

Our company invested 50 million yuan in a comprehensive overhaul of our equipment at the end of 2016. We now boast a brand new production line, including 13 sets of 550 fully integrated rolling equipment, a 100-meter cold bed, a 550 straightening machine, high-pressure water descaling equipment, and a high-end automated environmental protection equipment system. In response to the increasing market demand and production volume, we have also constructed a new 100-meter by 29-meter warehouse. This ensures not only that our product quality meets the specifications but also maintains a smooth surface finish. In response to the call for energy conservation and environmental protection, we have upgraded our natural gas equipment to produce using natural gas, which is both energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and ensures the smooth production of steel.
