Tangshan Yuanfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale rolling steel production and sales enterprise that integrates production and R&D. Located in Tangshan, the Steel Capital of the Bohai Economic Zone, adjacent to Tianjin Port, Jingtang Port, and Caofeidian Port, the transportation is convenient. The company covers over 150 acres, divided into two major areas: production and living.

Our company invested 50 million yuan in a comprehensive equipment overhaul by the end of 2016, now boasting a brand new production line, 13 sets of 550 fully integrated rolling equipment, a 100-meter cold bed, a 550 straightening machine, high-pressure water descaling equipment, and other high-end automated environmental protection equipment systems. In response to the increasing market demand and total production volume, we have also constructed a new 100-meter by 29-meter warehouse. This ensures both the quality of the products meets the required specifications and the smoothness of the product surface.

The company has evolved from producing original steel grades (Q195, Q235, Q275, 60#-150#) and rebars (10#-36#) to now offering a range of new products including angle steel (6#-10#), channel steel (10#-20#), and I-beams (10#-20#), catering to all market demands. Equipped with comprehensive testing facilities such as coal quality detectors, carbon-sulfur automatic analyzers, and a 750 direct-reading spectrometer, quality inspectors rigorously examine incoming raw materials and each batch of products produced, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Our annual production capacity is approximately 1 million dun, with monthly sales reaching around 80,000 dun. The company has nearly a thousand partners across the country. Our products are exported to countries and regions such as South Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Indonesia, South Africa, the Americas, and Europe. We have long-standing cooperative relationships with major steel companies and enterprises like Hebei Jinxixi, China Railway Materials, Hebei Xinda, and Qinhuangdao Hongxing, ensuring both the quality of raw materials and the stability of product quality.
