2. Easy to install

Insulation pipe ends exposed length: 150-250mm, convenient for alignment and welding during on-site construction; on-site insulation joints can be sealed with prefabricated insulation tiles or cast on-site.

Fitting insulation is factory prefabricated.

3. Weather resistance

The galvanized steel used for making the outer sheath is corrosion-resistant, allowing it to withstand outdoor conditions for extended periods without rusting; By using galvanized steel instead of traditional polyethylene outer sheath, the issue of polyethylene aging in outdoor environments is avoided; The outer sheath's structural strength is enhanced with a spiral forming structure, which boasts excellent overall bending resistance and stress distribution at the joints.

4. Service Life

The insulation pipes in this structure are a three-layer construction, with the working pipe and insulation completely protected by the outer sheath; the outer sheath is coated with galvanized anti-corrosion material, allowing for continuous use under normal operating conditions for 30 years.
