Tianliang Cement Products Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful and fertile city of Xianyang, Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The company was established in 1964 and was originally the Cement Pipe Factory of the Fengrun District Water Conservancy Bureau in Tangshan City. In 2005, the company underwent a restructuring and reform, and on August 1 of the same year, Tianliang Cement Products Co., Ltd. was established. The company is situated one kilometer north of the Fengrun District Bus Station in Tangshan City. It is capable of producing reinforced concrete drainage pipes and various types of precast concrete components. Its main products include reinforced concrete drainage pipes (RCP), reinforced concrete drainage pipes for jacking construction (DRCP), with over 100 specifications and models featuring various interfaces such as plain ends, flexible bellows, socket and spigot, and steel socket ends; pre-stressed roof panels, roof beams, crane beams, leg columns, and precast reinforced concrete bridge slabs in various specifications; and integral rainwater and sewage wells, rectangular culverts, and slope protection structures in various sizes. These products are widely used in urban drainage, water conservancy, electricity, industrial and mining enterprises, highways, railways, and other fields, and are mainly sold to Tianjin, Beijing, Tangshan, Chengde, Zhangjiakou, Inner Mongolia, Northeast China, and other regions.
