Fengrun Tianlian Cement Pipe Factory introduces various types of joint cement pipes today. Please contact 13931502188.
Concrete pipe modules vary in method due to differences in the shape of the pipe ends. Socket-and-spigot concrete pipe modules: These modules can be used in both rigid and flexible forms. The rigid joint method is similar to that of irrigation socket-and-spigot cast iron pipes, while flexible modules can be filled with asphalt mastic or asphalt mortar. Socket-and-spigot pipes are commonly used in rainwater drainage systems. Flat-end concrete pipe modules: Typically, the trowel band method is employed. Trowel band modules can be made using either normal cement sand mortar modules or wire mesh cement mortar trowel bands. The cement sand mortar trowel band involves creating an arc or trapezoidal wide band with cement mortar at the joints; this type of module is often used in rainwater drainage systems. The wire mesh cement mortar trowel band is more commonly used in modules for wastewater systems where the strength is lower, the structure is dense, and the impermeability is better.
