The filtration precision of woven filter media is determined by the thickness of the wire material and the density of the winding. The finer the wire, the closer it can be packed together, resulting in smaller pores and higher precision. Similarly, a denser wire structure leads to higher filtration precision. However, the filter media must also maintain its specific structure and pore size during the filtration process to provide stable and uniform filtration quality.
