Application
The Raymond mill is suitable for the powder processing of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials such as gypsum, calcite, limestone, barite, fluorite, apatite, feldspar, and quartz, with Mohs hardness not exceeding 9 and moisture content below 10%.
Process of work
The blocky material is crushed to a certain particle size, then vertically lifted by a bucket elevator into a hopper. It is then fed into the main machine quantitatively and evenly by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder. Inside, the material is ground. The powdered material is blown out by a blower and sorted by an analyzer placed above the main machine. The finely ground powder that meets the specifications is carried by the air flow into a large cyclone collector, collected, and discharged through a powder outlet as finished product. The air flow returns to the blower through a return pipe at the top of the cyclone collector. The entire air circuit operates in a closed, negative pressure state, ensuring no dust leakage.
Structural Characteristics
★The oscillating grinding mill has a small footprint, strong integration, and can independently form a production system from raw material crushing to finished product packaging.
★The finished product particle size of the pendulum mill can achieve a sieve pass rate of over 98%, which is unattainable by other grinding mills.
★Uniform feeding with electromagnetic vibration feeders, easy to adjust, compact, lightweight, energy-saving, and easy to maintain.
★Electrical equipment utilizes centralized control, featuring optimal selection and capable of unattended operation within the main server room.
★The main drive unit employs an enclosed reducer for smooth and reliable operation, with no oil leakage.
★The main cutter blade is in constant contact with the material during operation. Therefore, the cutter consists of two parts: the upper and lower sections. Once the lower section wears out, the bolts can be removed to replace it, reducing operational costs.
