Application
The Raymond mill is suitable for pulverizing over 100 types of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness not exceeding 9 and humidity below 10%, including gypsum, calcite, limestone, barite, fluorite, apatite, feldspar, and quartz.
Work Process
The bulk material is crushed to a certain particle size, then vertically transported to the hopper by a bucket elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder then feeds the material quantitatively and uniformly into the main machine. The material is ground, and the powdered material is blown out by a blower and sorted by an analyzer placed above the main machine. The finely ground powder that meets the specification is carried by the air flow into a large cyclone collector, collected, and then discharged through the powder outlet as finished product. The air flow returns to the blower through the return pipe at the top of the large cyclone collector. The entire air system operates in a closed, negative pressure state, ensuring no dust leakage.
Structural Characteristics
★The oscillating mill occupies less space, has strong integration, and can independently form a production system from raw material crushing to finished product packaging.
★The finished product particle size of the pendulum mill can achieve a sieve pass rate of over 98%, which is unattainable by other grinding mills.
★Equipped with an electromagnetic vibration feeder for even feeding, easy adjustment, compact size, light weight, energy-saving, and easy maintenance.
★Electrical equipment features centralized control, optimal selection, and can be operated unmanned within the main server room.
★The main drive unit features an enclosed reducer for smooth and reliable operation, with no oil leakage.
★The main blade is in constant contact with the material during operation, thus consisting of two parts: the upper and lower. When the lower part wears out, the bolts can be unscrewed to replace it, reducing operational costs.
