Tangshan Carton Factory During the manufacturing process, we must ensure the product's functionality is complete, which is mainly indicated by: incomplete seam adhesion, incomplete tape joints or insufficient bonding; slotting into the edge of the carton side; cover panels not fitting properly with gaps larger than 3mm; cardboard moisture content exceeding 20% or below 5%; bending at non-scored areas of the carton; incomplete or blurred printing on the carton surface; lack of anti-slip measures as per regulations. If the carton's appearance is subpar but does not affect its use, we can observe rough slotting or carton die-cutting; cardboard surface with wavy ridges affecting print quality; surface contamination with spots; superficial scratches or erased markings.
