2. Installation Methods and Key Points for Calcium Silicate Boards:

c. Install Main Beam: Select the main beam ceiling spacing according to the design, with a requirement of no more than 1m apart. For larger rooms, the middle section should arch. The arch height of the metal beam should not be less than 1/200 of the room's shorter span. After installing the main beam, its position and elevation should be corrected promptly.

d. Installing the main and cross tees: Prior to installation, prepare main tees and cross tees of the required dimensions based on the layout of the panels.ConnectorsConnect both ends to the full-length central rib. The gap between the cross rib of the Bright Rib series and the full-length central rib must not exceed 1 mm.
e. Adjust the positions and levels of the primary and secondary joists, ensuring that the connecting parts are staggered during installation. The exposed joists should show no visible bends upon visual inspection. The alignment deviation at the connection points of the intermediate joists throughout the length should not exceed 2mm. After adjustment, all hanging and connecting parts of the joists should be tightened securely.

f、Silica calcium boardInstallation: No other materials should be placed on calcium silicate boards to prevent deformation due to pressure. It is not advisable to install them in rooms with high humidity. During installation, ensure the arrow direction on the back of the calcium silicate board aligns with the white line direction to maintain the integrity of patterns and designs. When using the placement method for installation, leave a gap for the board installation seam.
