Performance and Application
The BXZG series belt filter is composed of several parts, including a reducer, transmission mechanism, filter cloth, liquid tank, sludge box, and signaling device. This filter uses the filter cloth to remove impurities from coolant and oil. As the coolant passes through the filter cloth, impurities in the coolant and oil can clog the filter cloth, causing the liquid level to rise. The liquid level control activates a proximity switch to send a signal. The transmission mechanism then moves the impure filter cloth to the sludge box. A new filter cloth enters the next cycle, and the liquid level decreases simultaneously. The transmission mechanism stops, and the entire operation is automatically controlled by the equipment.
